July ushers in the oppressively hot weather here in the South, which means Mater Dei Catholic Homeschool is ushering in its new academic year. It's not like we enjoy playing outside after about nine in the morning!
For the third year in the row, I offer--for whatever it's worth!--our curriculum choices for readers' perusal.

English
I was an English literature major so am going to continue reading literature and doing the analysis with my children as I've been doing. I plan to consult Dr. John Senior's Good Books List, which looks remarkably similar to what we have been reading anyway. (Also, see "The Death of a Christian Culture" by Dr. Senior and Angelicum Academy Good Books Program.)
