Saturday Train Ride

Chris' parents have been visiting from Atlanta and his cousin from Buffalo, so after a late breakfast and the children's naps, we took the train downtown.

When will John stop giving that weird grimace as his photo smile?!

Our son ate pizza. I almost stopped breathing, it was so exciting. We were all eating pizza, John was eating macaroni and cheese, and he asked for a slice of pizza. I gave it to him but expected him not to touch it, as always. But then he began eating it (upside down)! He ate the tips off of three pieces, several bites worth from each. It was so wonderful. I hope this bodes well for future eating of things with mixed flavors and textures.
