Fifteen moths old and little Joseph just strung his first two ASL signs together to express his wishes . . . so fun!
He is now combining the signs MORE NURSING.
I love it!
Joseph had long been signing MORE when he wants another bite of food. (I have found with all my babies that they sign MORE with food a long time before realizing they can apply it to any activity or action of which they want more.) And he has long signed NURSING when he wants to nurse.
Last week, he began signing MORE while he was nursing, and I figured he meant that he wanted to continue nursing.
And today he was nursing and began to sign MORE NURSING. I laughed and asked, "You want more nursing?" He signed back MORE NURSING repeatedly to much laughter from me and from him.
I do enjoy signing with babies!
