Mary (5) is now a budding music-lover as well! John has been taking piano lessons for about six months and now Mary has joined him. The children switched methods to one that begins reading music (starting with a simplified version using colors and finger numbers, moving soon to learning real sheet music).
Mary is overjoyed (pardon my pun) to be playing Joy to the World after only three piano lessons.
Katherine, what method is it that you mentioned? Are you doing it through a private teacher? I am interested in lessons for my children.
