We did not try to get the kids to last through the nearly two-hour traditional Catholic wedding Mass (so beautiful!). We were so pleased they lasted quietly through the actual marriage ceremony at the beginning and then Chris took them to play in the parish hall. Afterward we drove to the reception, as above.

Wedding in Atlanta
On Saturday, we attended the wedding of the son of our children's godparents. Mary wore a beautiful hand-me-down dress from one of her cousins and John wore his new sport coat. One of the photos turned out halfway decent . . .

I love Mary's dress! Your children are looking more and more grown up (sniff!)! I'm so thrilled they were great during the wedding ceremony. Congratulations to the couple!
