We've recently added candles to our family prayer time in hopes that John will find the candles fascinating and thus be more settled and quiet. So far it is working! We have this candle in the den to light when we pray the rosary as a family. We have a similar candle upstairs to light during bedtime prayers. Another tactic that seems to be helping is dimming the lights low during prayer, so everything seems mysterious and holy.

Wonder of Candles
We've recently added candles to our family prayer time in hopes that John will find the candles fascinating and thus be more settled and quiet. So far it is working!
