Gingerbread Lane 2015

We are developing our family traditions during these years and I need to make a mental note that the fourth Sunday of Advent should be set aside for going to visit Gingerbread Lane at The Ballantyne Hotel. But this year I didn't remember that, so only half our family was available to do so today when we were spontaneously invited to join some friends going to see the festive, sweet houses. Daddy and the two boys went to the hotel while I took the girls (and baby) to a previously scheduled birthday party.

The birthday party had the theme of "glamour," so my girls got their first-time ever experience of having their nails painted, hair styled, makeup applied, and jewelry donned.
