On Friday morning, we printed out fresh booklets of Stations of the Cross to replace our tattered and falling-apart copies. We will use these throughout the Fridays of Lent.
My favorite Stations for children remain those found at Family in Feast and Feria. The language is elegant and illustrations beautiful, designed for children but meaningful for me as an adult, too.
Today, John also read the Fifth Station at a Stations being held for the homeschooled children at our parish; the rest of us didn't go, though, because we had a conflicting appointment.
An apt and excellent means of prayer during these forty days in the desert. Keep up the good work :) -Emiliann W
