So far, Rebecca has gone two to three weeks late with each of her three babies and I have gone two to three weeks early with each of my three babies. (Personally, I like my body's way of doing things better!) So when we found ourselves pregnant and due about seven weeks apart, we suspected the spacing would end up being closer than that: indeed, her Joan Marie and my Margaret Anne were born only three weeks apart.

Pretty girl!
Precious sleeping babies
While here, Rebecca had the pleasure of meeting another friend of mine who lives locally and whom Rebecca has befriended online: Meghan and her family, including newborn son Christian! (Note the babies holding hands in the above photo.)
We had a wonderful but too short visit! I hope this definitely will not be the last time.
How fun to have such a visit. And so neat to have a friend with babies so close in age. As you know, my friend of 34-some years and I had our first two babies very close together. Our firstborns were 3-weeks apart, and our secondborns were a day apart!!!
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun meet up! I wondered if you quit blogging for lent... Guess not?
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness. Meghan's baby is so wee and little and bald and sweet :)
ReplyDeleteChristine: You figured me out. :) I'm blogging only on Sundays during Lent.
ReplyDeleteTridentineWife: I sure wish I were coming to visit California soon too!
ReplyDeleteI haven't been checking blogs much lately but I figured I would see pictures of your visit with Rebecca. The girls look so cute!
