Jesus Was a Baby

The children have been finding various little dollies all over the house and placing them in Jesus' empty manger. I guess they are trying to fill it early.

I felt quite moved when I walked past the nativity scene today only to discover that the children had ferreted out of a drawer my plastic model of a 10- to 12-week fetus and placed it in the manger! Apparently it is obvious even to small children that that is a baby.
