I was pretty tickled with my frugal outfit: skirt bought at garage sale a few years ago, blouse bought at consignment sale a few months ago, fancy purse taken from grandmother's collection after she died some years ago, and high heels the only new item (first pair bought in five years! Oh, boy, does my back hurt this morning!).
