Our Pumpkins

Sadly, this photo was the best one in my attempted Fall Series with Pumpkins.

Little Girl's eyes are hazel but are decidedly more blue than my hazel eyes and, at nearly a year old, I'm wondering if they will stay that way.

  1. Sweet series, Katherine! I'm amazed at how many pumpkins you have. I bought one large one for us to carve at 0.98/lb - it cost over 10 dollars. How much do pumpkins cost in the real world any more? :-)

  2. Christine: Well, I found these pumpkins to be very cheap even compared to what I remembered. I bought these at Wal-Mart, which had a huge selection. The big ones were $5 each, the medium ones were $1.50, and the fancy gourds were 78 cents each. Can you believe it? My children didn't get the pumpkin patch "experience," but they're too young even to know that. John thought buying pumpkins at Wal-Mart was amazing fun!
