A few weeks ago when the Texas grandchildren were in town, the grandparents arranged a photo session at Portrait Innovations. The business model is a remarkable set-up for taking many individual or group photos in quick succession. The customer directs and reviews the photo editing on the spot and orders the photos before leaving; the digital photos are not saved after that day. John's grandparents bought a CD of the images, but the images are all raw, not the edited ones we had printed.
My only criticism is that a place like Portrait Innovations probably sees at least 50 new children per day so is even more of a petri dish than a day care center. John came down with a bad cold within a day.
The seven grandkids, ages seven months to seven years:

John, preparing for his professorial career:
What a a beautiful boy...but honestly, your pictures are just as nice! Did you ever take photography classes or do you just have a really good eye for photos?
ReplyDeleteLily: Oh, you're sweet. I haven't taken classes.
ReplyDeleteWow! Great pictures, Katherine! He's a little butterball sweetie!
