He Really Is Plotting His Escape
John--barely eight months old--emptied his basket of toys, then dragged said basket over to the baby gate where he placed it upside down. This photo shows (although it is not clear) John putting his knee up on the basket trying to crawl on top of it.
Then Daddy helped the escape artist by placing him on top of the basket! Daddy!

I would take this opportunity to either change to non-toxic household cleaners or get used to a new, very high, locked location for them. It is not going to be too far in the future you need to worry about it. Scary!!
