Fun little project yesterday: I bought 85/15 ground beef and made mini 1/8-lb burger patties and froze them for easy future use. Before, Thomas would want one of the frozen Kirkland Pattie’s I buy, but they’re 75/25 (too much fat for him) and they’re 1/3 lb (too big, leading to big waste). For the second day in a row, Thomas made himself a burger for lunch. He’s really into learning how to cook these days.
