I'm so glad Christine said it so I won't be accused of bias. She really is stunning, just as each of her sibs were/are, each in their own way. Each exhibits what I can only call an arresting presence in many of their photos. It surely is a gift from God and I hope it will always be a blessing and not a burden.
Tridentine Wife: I don't know that she *likes* any solids yet. I only bother to give her some solids maybe once per day, and then only 3-5 spoons which are probably 1/8 teaspoon each. And she screws up her face like that every time BUT she also opens her mouth for the spoon. She's gagged a couple of times and thrown up once. So, I think she's perfectly normal, but this is why I go very slowly with solids and even my fantastic eater (#2) surely was getting the great majority of her calories from nursing till well over a year.
Grampa Neil: Well, you *are* biased! ;P We know a Daddy-friend who has (joked?) prayed that his daughters will not be beautiful . . . because of the burden he knows it to be. He lost out on that one because so far his daughters are stunning!
Love it! Those eyes can tell a million thoughts without words!
ReplyDeleteOK - sweet potatoes aside, Margaret is SUCH a beautiful baby!
ReplyDeleteThank you, Christine!
