Chris works full-time from home except when he is traveling (which is maybe 25% of the time). In the last week, John has asked repeatedly to "work" in Daddy's office while he is working. We keep telling John 'no,' that Daddy is on conference calls almost all day long, he simply can't have a child in the room with him.For whatever sweet reason, today Chris decided to try it. He set up a chair and "desk" in his office and gave John some "work" to do. John had the best time and was very quiet for two sessions of at least half an hour. And now John is so proud of himself for "working in his office," just like Daddy.
So cute! (even though the quiet "working alongside Daddy" may not last; Chris may have to remind him that Daddy's work may require talking, but that John's doesn't).
