1. My son will barely eat any solid food whatsoever, yet he will happily eat onion skins he finds on my nasty kitchen floor and any cardboard or paper which he can gnaw off of a box, book, or magazine.
2. For any gift-giving holidays, John is not so much interested in toys as perhaps some string-like objects that resemble electrical cords; plastic buckles on straps; snaps; and things with tags (you know, the little manufacturer's tags one finds on clothing, stuffed animals, etc.).
LOL!!! I LOVE this post!
ReplyDelete1) While Emma is a huge fan of food, she too will eat gross things off the kitchen floor, paper, and dead BUGS!!!
2) What's with babies and string, cords, and tags?? What makes those items more fascinating than the piles of toys they possess? Our toybox now includes kitchen utensils, disconnected cables from an Xbox, and some unidentified plastic object.
Yes!! They LOve Love Love tags!! Charlie, too, will sit there with....whatever, and suck and chew on the tag. I'll have to post pictures of him *searching* the floor for something to put in his mouth. Too funny!! It's so fun to see other babies doing the same thing as your own! :o)
