He's Found My Books

After two months of John being mobile in the living room with free access to our books, he has finally taken notice of them. His new favorite activity is to pull them off the shelves. I haven't yet figured out how to "baby proof" my books.

Today my sweet husband gave me a book I've been wanting: "Great Wives and Mothers" by Hugh Francis Blunt.

    I babyproof our bookshelf by packing the books tight enough that a baby can't easily pull them out. It's worked so far...

    Heather: What a brilliantly simple solution! I packed the books on the lower shelves as tightly as possible. John explored them this morning and then seem to give up!

    What a neat photo from the Aquarium!!! Those photos capture some great memories I think.

    We took our annual Disneyland trip in March with our friends (we always go with them), and we were able to get a photo like that done. Think three families with a total of 7 kids...you should have seen the looks on the employees' faces whenever we said that we had a party of 13! :)
